A beautiful maroon 1931 Packard Sport Phaeton (833) with black interior and ‘Goddess of Speed’ mascot on the bonnet.
It has a 320 CI eight-cylinder engine, 3-speed manual transmission and had frame-off restoration work done in 1998. At the AACA National it was a first place winner scoring 99.9%.
It features handsome red spoke wheels with wide Whitewall tires and dual side-mount spare tires.
1931 Packards featured 19-inch wheels as well as an increase in horsepower and a four-speed transmission. In the case of the 833, the 320 cubic inch straight-eight made a full 100 horsepower. The 833, including this 1931 Packard Sport Phaeton, also rode on a 134.5-inch wheelbase and was available in an impressive range of both open and closed body styles.
