A painstakingly crafted 1935 Indy Miller Tribute (Ford), this is a historically significant and scarce recreation enjoying high status among collectors.
It is built with rear-wheel drive for simplicity and ease of maintenance. It rides on a complete custom chassis fabricated at “Pete and Jake’s” hot rod shop located in Kansas City, USA.
The sleek body was fashioned of fiberglass by Vintage Fabrications to the specifications of the original cars. It carries racing number 43 and period livery of Indy legend Ted Horn, one of the 1935 Miller-Ford drivers. It was the People’s Choice at the 201 Kansas City Art Center Concours.
This 1935 Indy Miller Tribute (Ford) has a 221 cid Ford flathead V-9 engine, twin carburettors, manual transmission, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drum brakes.
